206-208 'CornStar'maize harvesting implement is a logical development without the chain guides and intake chains that are liable to wear. The technology is based on the experience of KEMPER engineers in row independent chopping technology and meets the market's needs for close growing and equal distance crop, for greater crop yields.

Rotation intake system.

Logical and unique. Intake is via finger rotors and functions without intake chains and chain guides, resulting in minimal maintenance and low service costs.

Outstanding reliability.
Harvesting implements are driven by maintenance oil sump transmission with internaloverload couplings.

Clever intake design.
With an overhead intake auger and two stalk rolls. Low maintenance finger rotors convey the maize cobs to the cross feed auger.

Lower intake auger.
Direct guiding towards the harvesting rollers. The wear-resistant, tungsten carbid coated Picking rollers grant a long durability. picking rollers with tungsten carbid coating:

Height adjustable pointers.

Height adjustable divider points provide optimum adaptation to the ground surface and guides the maize to the wide intake opening. Gentle intake and transport of the maize plants, hardly any shaking. The slanting side guides gently control the plants.

Stalk choppers.

The stalk choppers are integrated in the drive unit and can be separately switched off. They are fitted with two blades as standard, but can be fitted with three blades on request for an even shorter chop length. The choppers ensure a very high chopping quality and a perfect spread.

Adjustable frame.

Via the incorporated adjusting frame, the CornStar is brought into its optimal working position.

Optimal adjustment possible depending on:

• Tyre size

• Type of combine

• Soil condition

• Maize species – stage of maturity

Basic setting can easily be checked with spirit level.

Deck plate adjustment hydraulically.

For greater ease of operation, standard hydraulic central adjustment of the harvesting plates can be operated from the driver's seat. This feature is backed up by an easy-to-read display unit.

Optional equipment.

This kit is meant for sunflower harvesting. Because of the big harvesting plates the CornStar is excellently qualified for sunflower harvesting. A part of the harvesting plates will be closed by a plate. The mounted blade cuts the sunflower head. After that the finger rotor guides the sunflower head to the cross feed auger.

Crop divider
Under tough conditions, the optional mechanically driven crop dividers with front mounted drive supports the plant transport.
